Machiel is a Mixed Animal Vet here in Putaruru, he and his young family have joined Vetora from his homeland of Holland. He has special interest in exotic animals, including but not limited to fish, chicken, and reptiles.
Machiel is enjoying getting involved in New Zealand dairy farming and is enjoying working alongside our valued farmers in getting the best from their livestock. He very proudly displays his winning calving cup medal for the most calves delivered last season.
While not at work Machiel enjoys running and tending to his bees, he and his family also enjoy exploring the outdoors and finding new camping spots.
